An HVAC/R and an Electrician Senior Technician applicant are experienced and independent at repairing and installing Heating, Cooling and Refrigeration systems or Electric Panels, Circuits, Transformers, etc., according to their respective field of expertise in Harrisonburg VA, Charlottesville VA and Waynesboro VA.
Our Senior HVAC/R and Electrician Senior Technicians, according to their respective field of expertise, are expected to competently and efficiently:
- Troubleshoot equipment
- Repair the equipment
- Replace equipment (only when it can't be repaired)
- Provide preventive maintenance
- Conduct warranty services, and
- Perform emergency repairs
- Effectively Communicate problems, solutions and parts needed to clients (as well as office staff in order to expedite the parts ordering process)

HVAC/R Senior Technician
Responsibilities
A Senior HVAC/R and Electrician Technician have a diverse set of responsibilities. Depending on the requirements of any particular job, your most important responsibility is to repair and maintain the HVAC/R or Electrical system, or only as a last resort, recommend installing a new system or major component.
Common responsibilities for our HVAC/R and Electrician Technicians include:
- Repairing and maintaining our client's equipment
- Removing old systems and installing new ones
- Performing routine preventive maintenance
- Training, organizing and supervising junior team members
- Communicating with our clients effectively
- Providing specific, exact and complete information so our office staff can order replacement parts and new equipment
- Promoting local HVAC/R and/or Electrical codes always as we never cut corners
