Chuck is a Master HVAC, Refrigeration and Mechanical Contractor who, prior to 2008 when he started to pursue his HVAC and refrigeration career in private business, was the primary revenue earner in a much larger company. Due to differences in business ethics, goals, and direction in which he wasn’t allowed substantial input and opinion, he decided to branch out on his own. His ethics, competence and attention to details are the cornerstone and foundation of everything he and the company stand for.
 
Heather Richey, Senior Account Manager
Heather runs our office with Kim and Marci.  Heather is a licensed HVAC Journeyman, certified in Commercial Refrigeration and a Licensed HVAC/R Contractor.  When you call us, rest assured that she will thoroughly understand and answer all your questions.
 

Johnny Jenkins, Senior Technician & Shop Manager

Johnny is an expert commercial Refrigeration & HVAC technician with 16 years of experience.  He learned HVAC and Refrigeration during his seven years of U.S. Naval aviation training in F14 and F18 air conditioning and electrical circuitry.  During his extensive training, he became a thorough and efficient maintainer of the air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical systems within these extremely technical aircrafts... and he loved it. "I have been able to use this specialized training to enhance my ability to diagnose any commercial heating, cooling and refrigeration issues I may encounter."

  • Can My HVAC Equipment Be Repaired?

  • What If My System Uses Outdated Freon?

    Here is a little known secret!  We can convert your system’s outdated freon to a new eco-friendly EPA-approved and manufacturer-approved freon at a price far less than the cost of recharging the system with the obsolete, eco-harmful freon.

  • Can You Fix Any Type of Equipment?

    Yes, as long as*:

    1. The part is available, or a new cross-over part now exists, which is UL (United Laboratory) listed.  We won’t provide an unsafe solution.  [Proof for this, you simply may have to take our word.]


    2. In the case of a freon leak-  The leak is localized to a copper part anywhere in the HVAC or refrigeration system because the melting point of copper is higher than the silver solder and acetylene we use to braze and fill the leak.  However, we can’t repair a freon leak in an aluminum component of a coil because aluminum has a lower melting point than the silver solder and acetylene we use to braze and fill the leak.  That is, by using acetylene to heat up the silver solder, the aluminum will be overheated and consequently melt before the silver solder only making the hole larger.  [After localizing a leak by using a Freon Sniffer, High-Pressure Nitrogen, and/or a soap bubble substance and finding the leak is in Aluminum coil]


    3. In the case of a boiler leak, the leak does not occur in a cast-iron heat exchanger.  A leak in a steel heat exchanger can be repaired through welding techniques. [Cast-iron is not weldable, but we will be able to show you the leak.]


    4. In the case of a HVAC or refrigeration system failure, the failure is not due to a compressor that is ohming-to-infinity or shorted-to-ground.  [We can show you the Ohm evidence with our electrical meter combined with a brief and simple understanding of how to understand what the Ohm meter is showing us.]

    *= In any of these cases where a part is not fixable, we can show you with unequivocal evidence that explains the extent of the problem, and we will always explain the failure, or you can, simply put, expect the problem to be fixed.
